Polaris says the Polaris XP Turbo S is the biggest and strongest machine they have ever offered. We felt that we owed it to our customers to follow suit with the biggest and strongest Polaris Turbo S Glass Windshield we could. We know that those of you who buy the Turbo S are going to expect the most in performance, looks and reliability. Don’t worry, we got you covered. We start by using Aircraft Grade Aluminum for the main frame assembly. Using Aircraft-grade Aluminum helps keep the weight down so you can fly your Turbo S over jumps while adding strength to support the glass. Speaking of glass, we enlarged the glass size to give you a bigger viewing area. We also installed a new larger vent system so you can have full control of the airflow in your Polaris XP Turbo S. You decide to have windshield up, down, vents opened or closed. It’s all about having the freedom to do what you want. Call it a Fold Down Windshield, Flip Down Windshield or Folding glass Windshield This is one good looking, functional, stout RZR Windshield. The RBO, Polaris EXP Turbo S Glass Folding Windshield is designed to be installed in about 30 minutes (See Installation Video). We back it up with a 30-day money-back guarantee and include the full support of every RBO employee at no extra charge. We will be there when you need us. Oh yeah, did we mention this is American Made.

It is overall a nice windshield, but the upper and lower panels have gaps that dirt and rain come through. I had access to topper foam, so I marked the hood and roll bar and put the foam down to seal the gaps. I also drilled a hole in the upper roll bar gusset/upper window bracket and added a stainless bolt/nut to suck the upper bracket in, because there was a big gap between the upper window and roll cage. Last issue I had “not product related” was I ordered it through everything Polaris because it said 7-14 days, so I would have it a week before memorial weekend. Then they informed a week later it wouldn’t be here until the beginning of June. I just received it on June 13 and I ordered it on May 4th, so make sure you now it will take 4-6 weeks no matter who you order it from.

After researching windshields for my new RZR Turbo S I found the Razorback to be the best. Instructions were to the point and easy to fallow. Everything went together easy enough. Only issue was the top bracket had to be bent inward towards the cage in order to keep the windshield seal tucked in tight. and the nuts on the lower bracket are nearly impossible to get a wrench on to tighten. 5 Stars as this is really a quality windshield.

Have you guys thought about making the hinge pins removable like boat motor cover. So you can remove at camp fast and easy for the day if you want?
