There are all types of Polaris RZR Windshields on the market. From RZR Fold Up Windshield, RZR Plastic Windshield, RZR Vented Windshield, RZR Windshield with Wiper, but none seemed to do everything great. Our Fold Down Polaris RZR Front Windshield has been in the works for quite a while now. We worked hard to build the absolutely best fold down windshield we could. We focused on several things
Lightweight and Durability. We built our RZR Fold Down Glass Windshield frame from 1/8” thick 6061 Aluminum. This design is super lightweight and gives the strength to last for years of off-road abuse.
Large Windshield. We design this windshield for the Polaris RZR 1000 and the RZR 900 to have the largest viewing are of any other fold-down windshield on the market. It seemed only logical to us to install the largest Laminated DOT Approved glass we could.
Wiper: We chose the manually operated wiper so you don’t have to run any electrical wires. We have been testing this concept for the last year and the results are great. Those who use our glass folding windshield on the Polaris RZR900 or Polaris RZR1000 say its one of the best add-ons they have installed.
Rust Free Hinges that work. Seems simple doesn’t it? Use hinges that don’t rust and that will work time after time. Well we spent weeks testing hinges and could not find any that performed the way we wanted them so our team designed our own hinges. We make these from Stainless steel and give them a 10 year warranty.
Easy to Open We wanted an easy open windshield for your Polaris RZR 1000 that did not have pins or clips that you could lose out on the trail. That’s why we spent the extra effort to design in twist lock latches.
Windshield Support: Very few things are more annoying on the trail then rattles and things bouncing around. That’s why we designed a stable and reliable system for holding the windshield down. We found inspiration when we looked at the older CJ Jeeps. We used tried and true Rubber Hood Latches as our windshield Tie Downs. The results are fantastic!
Functionality. With the RBO Polaris Razor Fold Down Windshield you get lots of choices. Imagine heading out on the trail in the morning on a fall day and its cold. You can keep the windshield up. As the morning warms up you can just slide a windshield vent open. When it gets into late afternoon and the sun is high, just lay the folding windshield down. When you lay our RZR Glass Windshield down you also get a great shooting rest for your gun.
Good Looks: The old saying says “Looks aren’t everything” Well at RBO we disagree. When it comes to the machines we drive, we try hard to design the best looking, best performing products on the market and our Fold down Windshield is no exception.
Models: Our Glass Front Windshield is designed to work with the Polaris RZR 900, the Polaris RZR1000 Turbo UTV, Side X Side.
Installation: Installation of our Glass Flip up Windshield is very easy and only takes about 20 minutes to install using a drill and some hand tools. Call it a RZR Fold Down Windshield, a RZR Glass Front Windshield, a RZR Windshield with Wiper, a RZR Front Flip up Windshield you are correct because this Polaris RZR1000 Glass front windshield does it all.

We love our front window! We ride in a climate that can be hot one minute and cold the next. Raising and lowering the window helps control the temperature in the rzr. It cleans well and doenst bounce around when down.

I ordered this windshield on Wednesday and got it by Friday awesome ship time but I also live in Idaho so that could have been some of it. Great product looks great and functions great also. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the install instructions suck. I was lucky I downloaded them to my phone the day I ordered because by the time I got the windshield the website wouldn’t let my download it. Please, Please do an install video on all of your products and I will be a customer for life. But great product that looks better and functions better than any other fold down windshield I have ever had.

This windshield fit my RZR 2014 XP1000 perfectly! I’ve been running a 1/2 windshield for years, and this was soooo nice during hunting season this year. Wiper works great and vents are nice also. I like that you can fold the window down and it rides securely and rattle free when you want open air. I’m adding the RBO rear slider window ASAP. RBO makes great products right here in the USA & takes care of their customers like they’re personal friends. Worth every penny. The bottom mounting bolts require a little patience to install, but I would still rate the overall install as excellent and easy. I recommend installing a heater with defrost at the same time as your windshield because heater install requires dash and windshield removal. You can get some fogging in cold/wet weather so the defrost functionality is important when running the windshield.

I would really like to tell you folks how much my Wife and I appreciate your products. I noticed right out of the box the quality and finish that were built into them. We have a Cabin off the grid and the only way in and out in the winter is in our Razor. We
put tracks on it and needed to take food, clothing , fuel and personal belongings in and out. The Cargo rack is perfect and holds all of our needs and I love the “It fits” mounts for my gas cans. My next purchases will be the rear Windshield and Pet pad as

Another happy customer. I have had the poly scratch resistant full flip up windshield that scratched up pretty bad after a year. Real glass will be nice. And better yet, it has nice vents and glass folds down securing well. Wiper blade included will be nice in the rain. Installed easy with a helper and had no issues with online instructions. You guys know how to make a good product. Worth the cost.

Windshield is great customer service needs help one of the latches to hold the window up was not working when I called they said I needed to look at it I did the latch was full of loctite you would think when you spend $650 on a windshield and something is simple as a $3 latches not working they would send you a new one

I wish I would have new about this one when I bought mine. the price might sound high but you will be glad you spent the money. this windshield was on this rzr when he bought it. Love this windshield. If you have a stock Polaris lock and ride plastic roof then it will have just a little clearance issue when trying to fold it down. This is not as big a deal as it sounds though. I took a strip of black flexible foam insulation and stuffed it under the front edge of the roof to lift the front edge less than 1/4”. Problem solved. The windshield will now just clear the roof when folding it down and you can’t even see the insulation unless you are looking for it

Love this windshield. Just installed it on my 2020 900 rear premium. It was easy to install. I have Polaris plastic roof and it touch’s when you fold windshield up or down but is no big deal. I just push up on roof with slight pressure from inside with my fingers and it clears easily. It took 11 weeks to get it so expect long time to get. It was worth the wait.
