Our 2024 Polaris RZR XP Expedition Rack was designed for the latest generation Polaris RZR XP 2 door and 4 door line up that was introduced in 2024. We call this UTV Cargo Rack the “Expedition” because it was designed for those who want to take everything with them on their overland expeditions. Lightweight and Durable

We built our Polaris RZR XP Expedition Cargo Rack from 1.5” steel tubing with fabricated “Multi Mount” Side Panels that are engineered to add strength and durability while saving weight. The upper Cargo Tray is made from 1/8” Military Grade Aluminum that is structurally engineered to last for years of off-road abuse.

Trail Tested

We designed this adventure rack for the Polaris RZR XP. But we gained our knowledge of what works from our Polaris RZR 1000 Cargo Racks, which we designed over 5 years ago. With tens of thousands of trail miles on our Polaris Cargo Racks, you can rest easy that the hard work has been done.

The tailgate on our Expedition Rack has many features that greatly improve your off-roading experience. Let’s start with its ability to be padlocked. Then let’s add the peace of mind that it offers knowing your gear won’t fall out while on the trail or trailer back home. Also notice our tailgate has a gas strut that holds the tailgate open so you can access the bed without having the tailgate close on you. We also include our “It Fits” Mount so you can bolt on our spare tire mount or any of our “It Fits” Accessories.
